Track or Die case saver, chain drive, mid controls,  legend rear shocks, GPR steering stabilizer, saddle man seat, front and rear crash bars, 12 inch bar risers with FLY MX bars, last but not least the killer custom paint job!

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY:

The "Giveaway" (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States of America and Canada Excluding Québec who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). Only entries complying with these rules will be considered eligible for participation. Tapped Industries (the "Sponsor) is the sponsoring entity for this exciting giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

To qualify, participants must be legal residents of the designated area and meet the age criteria specified here in the official rules. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Tapped Industries are not eligible to participate. 

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: 

By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning the Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

ENTRY METHODS:

Entries for the "Giveaway" can be purchased during the specified Entry Period. Participants can enter by purchasing a "Digital Download" (the Product) through our store tappedindustries.com for 1 entry for $100 USD. The drawing day for each giveaway is published on the product page. Entrants may purchase multiple entries.

ENTRY PERIOD:

The Giveaway commences on xx/xx/202x and concludes on xx/xx/202x at 0:00pm (PST). Any entries received after this period will not be considered. The entry period ends once all 310 tickets are sold. The end time is indefinite until all tickets are sold. All sales of ticket are final.

WINNER SELECTION:

The winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by Tapped Industries shortly after the drawing date ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be drawn and announced in real-time on Instagram Live, and formally notified via email (or provided contact information) within 24 hours.

PRIZE DETAILS:

The winner will receive the "Giveaway Bike" featured "as is" on Instagram and the website. We will pick 2nd Place, 3rd Place, and 4th Place winners as well. The 2nd Place winner will receive $250. The 3rd Place winner will receive $100, and the 4th Place winner will receive a mystery prize, selected by Tapped Industries

SHIPPING:

We will contribute $500 towards shipping and assist logistically with wherever the motorcycle needs to go

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resorting to legal action.
